**Job Title**: Creative and Innovation Designer

**Location**: Aundh, Pune

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Salary**: Upto 30,000 CTC Per Month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptual Design**: Develop innovative concepts and translate them into compelling designs across various mediums, including digital, print, and product design.
- **Innovation Strategy**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and design new products, services, or processes that enhance the customer experience.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and market shifts to ensure our designs remain at the forefront of innovation.
- **Prototyping**: Create prototypes and mockups to test and refine design ideas before final production.
- **Project Management**: Lead design projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, product development, and engineering teams to ensure that design solutions are aligned with business goals.
- **Client Interaction**: Present design concepts to clients or stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions to meet client expectations.
- **Brand Development**: Contribute to the development and evolution of the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all design touchpoints.
- **Mentorship**: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Manage the whole process from Product Designing to Product Packaging.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field. A Master’s degree or specialized training in design or innovation is a plus.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in a Graphic Design
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Corel Draw etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience with prototyping tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve complex design challenges creatively.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and innovative design projects.
