- Address any issues or discrepancies with kitchen staff and request necessary corrections
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and licensing requirements
- Develop and maintain a quality assurance program for the franchise
- Communicate technical expertise to field and corporate management to resolve process and product quality issues and concerns
- Identify and address basic supplier quality issues
- Must be aware of FSSAI norms and ensure their compliance by franchisees

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
