Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales executive to join our dynamic sales team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and effectively manage the sales process.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our [IT/EdTech] solutions.
- Clearly articulate value propositions and address client needs and concerns.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted strategies for customer engagement.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the sales management team.
- Track and report sales performance using CRM tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on market insights.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate it internally to improve products and services.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
years of successful sales experience in the [IT/EdTech] industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
