**Responsibilities**
1. Answering calls, Messages and handling correspondence
2. Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments (producing agendas and taking minutes)
3. Typing, preparing, and collating reports
4. Make travel arrangements
5. Take dictation and minutes
6. Source office supplies
7. Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
8. Devise and maintain an office filing system
9. Managing databases
10. Prioritizing workloads
11. Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
12. Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
13. Coordinating mail shots and similar publicity tasks
14. Logging or processing bills or expenses
15. Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
16. If more senior, recruiting, training, and supervising junior staff.
17. Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients

5. MS Office and English proficiency
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
7. Excellent verbal and written communications skills

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
