Junior Recruiter

**Job Title**: HR Recruiter

**Location**: Palakkad, Kerala

**Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment

**Working Hours**: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

**Salary**: ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Coordinate the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks
- Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment
- Native of Palakkad
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹8,292.64 - ₹12,888.13 per month
