**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood for various projects, including furniture, cabinets, and trim work
- Install and repair woodwork elements, such as doors, windows, and flooring
- Work with power tools, such as table saws, routers, and sanders
- Collaborate with other team members, including designers, project managers, and other carpenters
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Meet project deadlines and work efficiently to minimize waste and optimize resources

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience as a Carpenter or in a related field
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to work on-site and lift heavy materials
- Good communication and teamwork skills
