**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a talented and organized **Field** **Videographer** to oversee video shoots from concept to completion. This hands-on role requires managing video production, setting up equipment, and collaborating with the content team to create impactful videos. The role involves extensive travel across India to capture diverse agricultural practices, farmer stories, and related content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and execute all video shoots, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with the content team to align on creative and technical requirements for each project.
- Coordinate and manage travel logistics for shoots at various locations across India.
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for video production.
- Ensure seamless technical execution, including high-quality audio-visual outputs.
- Work closely with the Content Lead and other team members to maintain efficient workflows.
- Identify and address challenges during shoots, implementing practical and timely solutions.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years in video production, including camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment handling.
- Expertise in camera techniques, lighting setups, and sound recording.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for managing production challenges.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and Slack is a plus.
- Proficiency in handling video equipment such as cameras, lighting, audio tools, and tripods.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India for video shoots, sometimes at short notice.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; proficiency in a local language is a bonus.
