**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads to introduce and explain our Ayurveda products and services.
- Promote the benefits of Ayurveda and its holistic approach to health and wellness.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and drive sales.
- **Inbound Calls**:

- Handle incoming calls from potential and existing customers, addressing their inquiries and providing detailed information about Ayurveda treatments and products.
- Assist customers with their orders, including taking details, processing requests, and providing support as needed.
- **Customer Education**:

- Educate customers about the principles of Ayurveda and how our products can benefit their well-being.
- Provide guidance on product usage and wellness practices.
- **Lead Generation and Follow-Up**:

- Identify and qualify potential leads based on their interest in Ayurveda and wellness.
- Maintain and update a database of leads, tracking interactions and follow-up actions.
- **Sales and Targets**:

- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Report on sales performance and customer feedback to management.
- **Customer Service**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and support.
- Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- **Documentation**:

- Accurately record call details, customer interactions, and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on call outcomes and customer feedback.
- **Compliance**:

- Adhere to company policies, including ethical practices and data protection regulations.
- Ensure all interactions comply with industry standards and regulations related to Ayurveda and wellness.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
