**Mission**

RAN Integration Engineer - RI will be managing the daily “ Shift” operations of the GSD Remote centre. This includes day to day Operation Support, Team Management, Internal and External Customer support. The GSD Remote centre will provide centralized remote integration support for RI deployment projects Globally.

**Responsibility**:

- Strong understanding on all RI activities (Installation, Commissioning & Integration) of Legacy technology 2G,3G & 4G, Basic understanding on latest technology 5G NR.
- 2nd Level troubleshooting experience on all Nokia products Nokia SRAN BTS & Airscale BTS (ABIA/ASIA/ABIL/ASIK)
- Should be able to understand and respond the technical terms clearly while talking to Field tech for Integration support
- Provide troubleshooting assistance to Level1 Engineers and Field tech during Integration
- Able to understand the functionality different automation tools used in Remote Integration tasks
- Should be flexible in work timings and ready to work on 24/7 support
- Prepare activity dashboard and send that report to Market on need basis
- Adherence of RI process checklists
- Excellent written and Verbal communication skills
- Implement parameters in the network elements’ subsystems (understands KPI and the impact on the performance of the system).

**Product Knowledge**: Strong Knowledge on Radio equipment
- Primary
- Airscale BTS, SRAN BTS, FSM4, BSC (Flexi BSC, mcBSC), RNC (IPRNC, mcRNC), Flexi eNodeB & Airscale products, Plug & Play
- Airscale Radios (RRH) & functionalities (AHFIB, AHFIC, AFAA, AEWB, AQQE etc..)
