**Position Summary**

**A Dermatologist at Derma Slim Wellness provides advanced medical, cosmetic, and aesthetic dermatology services. The role involves diagnosing skin/hair conditions, delivering high-quality dermatologic and laser treatments, ensuring client safety, and offering personalized skincare plans aligned with clinical and service standards.**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Clinical & Diagnostic Responsibilities**
- **Conduct detailed skin, hair, and scalp assessments for clients.**:

- **Diagnose dermatological conditions such as acne, pigmentation issues, eczema, dermatitis, infections, and other skin disorders.**:

- **Perform skin biopsies and minor dermatologic procedures as required (depending on clinic policies).**

**Aesthetic & Cosmetic Procedures**
- **Administer cosmetic dermatology treatments such as**:

- **Laser hair reduction**:

- **Acne/acne-scar treatments**:

- **Pigmentation treatments**:

- **Anti-aging procedures (Botox, fillers, PRP, micro-needling, peels)**:

- **Skin rejuvenation therapies**:

- **Ensure all procedures follow Kaya’s safety protocols and equipment handling standards.**:

- **Maintain sterilization and hygiene guidelines in all treatment areas.**

**Client Consultation & Service Excellence**
- **Provide professional counseling on treatment options, expected outcomes, skincare routines, and lifestyle recommendations.**:

- **Create customized treatment plans tailored to clients’ skin concerns and goals.**:

- **Manage client expectations with clarity, empathy, and transparency.**:

- **Offer post-treatment care instructions and ensure regular follow-ups.**

**Collaboration & Clinic Operations**
- **Work closely with Derma Slim Wellness therapists, clinic managers, and support staff to maintain smooth clinic operations.**:

- **Review client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.**:

- **Maintain detailed and accurate medical records.**:

- **Contribute to training clinic staff on skin science, treatment protocols, and product usage (when required).**

**Required Qualifications**
- **MBBS + MD/DNB in Dermatology (or equivalent recognized qualification).**:

- **Valid medical registration/license (Indian Medical Council or equivalent in local region).**:

- **Prior experience in cosmetic dermatology and laser-based procedures is preferred.**

**Skills & Competencies**
- **Strong diagnostic and clinical acumen in dermatology.**:

- **Expertise in aesthetic procedures (Botox, fillers, laser therapy, chemical peels, PRP, etc.).**:

- **Excellent communication and client-counseling skills.**:

- **High standards of hygiene, ethics, and patient safety.**:

- **Ability to deliver premium client service consistent with brand.**:

- **Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude.**

**Work Environment**
- **Derma Slim Wellness Skin Clinics operate in premium dermatology and aesthetic settings.**:

- **Role involves a mix of medical consultations, aesthetic treatments, and client engagement.**:

- **Shifts may include weekends or extended hours depending on clinic schedules.**

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
