**Experience**:5 to 10 Yrs

**Responsibilities**:

- Edit and assemble recorded raw footage into finished products that align with the project’s vision and goals, including short-form and long-form content.
- Synchronize audio with video and incorporate sound effects, music, and voiceovers to create a compelling auditory experience.
- Perform color correction and grading to ensure consistency, mood, and aesthetic alignment across all videos.
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to ensure that the video content meets the project's objectives and brand guidelines.
- Implement feedback from clients and stakeholders efficiently and accurately, ensuring that revisions are made within deadlines.
- Organize, manage, and archive video files, maintaining an organized digital workspace for easy retrieval of assets.
- Adapt video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and broadcast, ensuring that the content is optimized for each platform.
- Conduct thorough reviews of all edited content to ensure the highest quality standards are met before delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience with motion graphics software like Adobe After Effects.
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.
- Strong storytelling ability with a keen eye for detail, composition, and pacing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work under tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality work consistently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your video editing and post-production skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Video Editing: 3 years (preferred)
