**Job Title: Visual Designer**

**Location**: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India (On-Site)

**Salary**: INR 30,000 - 45,000 per month depending upon Salary History and Organizational budget

**Reporting To**: Programme Head

**Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience

**Company Overview**: Prayatna is a non-profit organization registered in 2003 with its Registered Office AT +P.O Bharwari, District Muzaffarpur, Bihar-843133 and having its corporate office at C-98, Ground Floor,Sector-10,Noida, Uttar Pradesh-201301under the Indian Societies Registration Act of 1860. It works on issues related to education, health, livelihood, youth development, sustainable development and disaster management. Prayatna is immensely inspired by the Gandhian approach as it strives to improve the quality of life of the most downtrodden. In the year 2003, the Founder Prabhat Kumar joined hands with like-minded people started Prayatna in Muzaffarpur, Bihar. Since then, the organization has spread its work in several states of India.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**: Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print materials, including social media posts, website banners, advertisements, brochures, and posters.
- **Logo Design**: Develop unique and memorable logos that accurately represent our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
- **Print Media**: Design marketing collaterals such as business cards, flyers, catalogs, and packaging materials, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
- **Typography and Color**: Select appropriate typography and color palettes to create cohesive and visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet business objectives.
- **Feedback and Revisions**: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs to ensure they meet quality standards and project requirements.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of design trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into design work to maintain a fresh and modern aesthetic.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all designs are error-free and ready for production, adhering to printing specifications and digital publishing standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design, logo creation, print media, packaging, and digital assets.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually compelling designs that tell a story and evoke emotions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work under pressure.
- Experience in the handicrafts or retail industry is a plus.
