**Consumer Support Analyst**

**Location**: Hyderabad (Madapora)

**Shifts**: 3 Shifts covering 24*7 Support (Some will be in Night shift, some in Swing, and some in day Shift) Note only US shift cab facility.

**CTC**: 3.50 LPA

**Interview Process**:

- Internal Screening at Lead Level
- Versant Test - Qualifying score
- 59+
- First Round at Coinbase
- Second Round at Coinbase

**Key Skills**:

- Strong communication skills
- Experience in call support with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with Google apps (Docs, Meet, Sheets, etc.)
- Knowledge of Cryptocurrency would be ideal
- Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers regarding their concerns, questions, or issues related to cryptocurrency products and services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving customer complaints and escalations effectively.
- Document all interactions with customers accurately and comprehensively in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for product improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in cryptocurrency to provide informed support to customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions.

**Salary**: ₹123,700.34 - ₹345,333.87 per year
