Step D is seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer Intern to join our creative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring graphic designer to gain hands-on experience and build a strong portfolio while working on real-world projects.

Position: Graphic Designer Intern Location: Remote

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling visual designs for various digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners, brochures, posters, and more.
- Assist in the development and execution of design concepts from ideation to final deliverables.
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices.
- Support the team with photo editing, image retouching, and other graphic-related tasks.
- Take part in brainstorming sessions, providing creative input and suggestions.
- Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to receive constructive feedback.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in graphic design through coursework, personal projects, or internships.
- Familiarity with web design and user interface (UI) design.
- Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Resume highlighting relevant coursework, skills, and experiences.
- Portfolio showcasing your design work. Please provide a link or attach a PDF (10 MB max).
- A brief cover letter explaining your interest in the internship and what you hope to gain from the experience.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
