Account Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand clients’ business needs and objectives and ensure services meet their expectations.
- Act as a liaison between the client and the company, ensuring communication is clear and effective.
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory or client accounts.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by presenting the company's products/services to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
- **Account Management**:
- Manage and oversee client accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide regular updates, manage budgets, and track account metrics.
- Address client complaints or issues, resolving them quickly to maintain a positive client experience.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and account progress.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and account status updates to management.
- Monitor competition and industry trends to identify potential business opportunities or threats.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client expectations are met.
- Collaborate on strategy, campaigns, and product development based on client feedback.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and/or relevant sales tools.
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
**Desired Skills**:
