Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and talented Social Media Graphic Designer to join our team at Archi Herbals Cosmetics. As a Social Media Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating designs and videos for our social media platforms. You will play a key role in driving engagement, growth, and brand awareness across our digital channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices on social media platforms, particularly in the cosmetics and beauty industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design assets for social media campaigns, including static images, videos, and animations.
- Utilize tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma to create high-quality graphics and visual content.
- Generate innovative ideas for social media content that align with brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
- Create aesthetically pleasing and engaging videos and posts that drive user engagement and contribute to social media growth.
- Monitor social media analytics and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on content strategy and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong focus on social media content creation, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Ability to create visually compelling designs and videos that capture attention and drive engagement.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
