Position Overview:
Required Skills and Experience:
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM):

- Validate and test CLM functionalities, ensuring alignment with business requirements and processes.
- Test end-to-end contract processes such as creation, approval workflows, amendments, and renewals within Salesforce.- Salesforce Testing (CPQ & SOQL):

- Perform testing on Salesforce CPQ features including product configurations, pricing, quoting, and discounting.
- Write and execute SOQL queries to validate data accuracy within Salesforce.
- Ensure data integrity and perform thorough testing of custom objects, workflows, and integrations.- Bug Tracking & Issue Resolution (Jira):

- Use Jira for bug tracking and defect management, ensuring quick resolution of identified issues.
- Report and track CLM, Salesforce, and CPQ-related defects with developers and stakeholders.- Test Planning & Execution:

- Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test strategies specific to CLM and CPQ within Salesforce.
- Execute functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure high-quality software releases.- Collaboration & Communication:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and product managers, to ensure that CLM, Salesforce, and CPQ processes meet business objectives.
- Provide regular updates on testing progress, defects, and resolutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certifications:

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist) are highly preferred.- Automation Testing:

- Experience with automation testing tools for Salesforce or related platforms is a plus.- Data Migration & Integration Testing:

- Experience with data migration and integration testing, particularly in the Salesforce ecosystem.
