As a Talent Agent (senior level professionals can be considered for higher roles) at INEGA, you will be responsible for **managing a select group of actors, fostering their careers, and maximizing their opportunities** within the entertainment industry. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in **talent representation** and a deep understanding of the evolving landscape of film, television, theater, and digital media.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

**1. Client Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for a designated group of actors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals, aspirations, and concerns.
- Provide personalized career guidance, strategic advice, and emotional support to help clients navigate the complexities of the industry.

2. **Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new opportunities for clients, including auditions, roles, endorsements, and partnerships.
- Cultivate relationships with casting directors, producers, directors, and other industry professionals to secure auditions and bookings for clients.
- Negotiate contracts, fees, and terms on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented at all times.

3. **Promotion and Brand Building**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to raise the profiles of clients and enhance their public image.
- Collaborate with publicists, marketing teams, and social media specialists to craft compelling narratives and promotional campaigns.
- Manage clients' online presence, including social media accounts, official websites, and digital portfolios.

4. **Stay abreast of Industry Knowledge and Trend Analysis**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural developments that may impact clients' careers.
- Analyze market data, audience demographics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients regarding industry shifts, casting trends, and career trajectories.

**5. Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of client contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for clients as needed.
- Prepare and distribute promotional materials, headshots, and demo reels to casting professionals and industry contacts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Media, Film, Theater, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 1 to 5 years of experience in talent representation, artist management, or related roles within the entertainment industry.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships, with a strong network of industry contacts.
- Proven track record of securing auditions, bookings, and lucrative opportunities for clients.
- Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of clients and secure favorable deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
