Joinery Polishing Supervisor

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
2. Should be able to pay close attention to detail

3. Should be good at solving problems and taking measured action.

4. Should be able to handle difficult situations and handle them with patience in a methodical way.

5. Should be good at matching colours.

6. Fully accountable for the overall performance of the Finishing Division

7. Responsible for the set-up of the Division and to establish relevant working standards, Standard and Operating Procedures and to make sure working standards, Standard and Operating Procedures are strictly followed within the Division

8. Controlling production cost and use of production facilities

9. Responsible for the department Manpower Planning & Overtime Control

10. Responsible for the smooth management (day to day) of the Finishing Division, controlling production activities in term or output quality and quantity and time delivery to achieve planned production.

11. Responsible to provide inputs / recommendations in his/her fields of expertise with close consultation with the Technical and QA/QC.

12. Responsible for the Health and Safety of the Department

**Job Requirement**

1 At least 8 to 10 years of work experience in furniture finishing in high-end indoor and outdoor furniture manufacturers, at least 5 years eperience at the management level.

2 Strong leadership, organization and reporting skill, High sense of responsibility, integrity, initiative and affable.

3 Outgoing, enthusiastic & willing to accept & propose change if it is required

4 Communication and interpersonal relationship

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹35,001.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- joinery industry Specially In Joinery Factory: 5 years (required)
