**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
- Ensure the safe and effective use of dialysis equipment.
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
- Assist physicians and respond to emergencies as required.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and hospital standards.

**Requirements**:

- GNM/B.Sc. Nursing qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a dialysis unit.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a patient-centric approach.
