**Job Overview**

As a Pharmacist at our facility, you will play a crucial role in providing pharmaceutical care to patients. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.

**Duties**
- Provide patient-centered pharmaceutical care services
- Conduct patient assessments and medication reviews
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy
- Utilize clinical pharmacy skills in a Level II Trauma Center setting
- Demonstrate knowledge of physiology and pharmacology to ensure appropriate medication management
- Engage in managed care activities to enhance patient outcomes
- Administer medications following established protocols
- Contribute to critical care teams in the ICU setting
- Maintain proficiency in aseptic technique for sterile compounding

**Qualifications**
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
- Active pharmacist license in good standing
- Strong patient service orientation
- Experience or training in clinical pharmacy practices
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols
- Proficiency in critical care and ICU pharmacy practices
