**Job Title**: TGT Computer Teacher
**Location**: Deep Academic Heights, Atrauliya, Azamgarh (UP)
**Reports To**: Principal
**Position Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning & Delivery**:

- Prepare and deliver well-organized and engaging computer science lessons in line with the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
- **Practical Sessions**:

- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Regularly assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback and track student performance to ensure academic growth.
- Conduct periodic tests and maintain records of student achievements.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Ensure a disciplined and productive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Manage the computer lab efficiently, ensuring that all systems and equipment are functioning properly.
- **Technology Integration**:

- Encourage students to integrate technology in their studies, such as using online resources, coding for projects, or utilizing educational apps.
- Promote digital literacy and online safety practices, ensuring that students use technology responsibly.
- **Collaborative Work**:

- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of the school’s technology-related activities and events.
- **Professional Development**:

- Keep up to date with the latest developments in computer science, technology, and digital education tools.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A recognized teaching qualification (B.Ed. or equivalent) is essential.
- **Experience**:

- Prior teaching experience in a secondary school setting, especially in computer science or IT, is preferred.
- Experience with coding, software development, and digital tools is a strong advantage.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Ability to manage a computer lab and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
