Position Summary:
CC&B Architect would provide leadership and guidance in defining the CCB, C2M solution landscape and strategy. This position would be responsible for design and solutioning for new Billing Projects using Oracle Utilities Products CC&B/C2M. Control project from start to finish and ensure high quality, innovative functional/technical design. Produce detailed blueprints/specifications according to business requirement

**Responsibilities**:

- The role involves design and solutioning for new Billing Projects using Oracle Utilities Products CC&B/C2M
- Control project from start to finish and ensure high quality, innovative functional/technical design.
- Produce detailed blueprints/specifications according to business requirement
- Ensure the work is carried out according to standards, guidelines and regulations.
- Mentor/Develop other consultants to create a knowledge base
- Function as SME for Solution decisions, reviews and oversees design and development
- Coordinate with both Functional and Technical teams in the Gap analysis throughout the implementation phase. Participate in business development, including customer presentations and RFPresponses related to CCB, C2M Solution Architect role
- Mentor/develop other consultants into lead roles. Manage expectations regarding project performance and delivery related to Solution. Contribute to reusable collateral/accelerators.Single point of contact to both Project Manager and client for the CCB and scope management
- Provide leadership to the implementation team by promoting consistency across the team, including methodology, deliverable templates, terminology, etc
- Provide leadership and guidance in defining the CCB, C2M solution landscape and strategy
- Define and Maintain implementation guidelines and standards for OUAF products
- Partner with client business leadership to seek input from larger client organization and educate this community on key changes to current processes
- Provide utilities industry and OUAF Products best practice, through engagements in Oracle Utilities implementations across all regions
- Clear & timely communication internally as well as externally with customers and partners

Preferred Skills & Experience:

- To Be Successful in This Role At least 2 full life cycles experience in Design and implement theend-to-end Solution Strategy for any of the C2M, CCB Solution
- In-depth knowledge of Utilities Billing System Individual contribution capability to multiple pro
- jects/services
- Should have strong process and implementation knowledge in following areas like
- Customer Management Meter Management Billing Rates Payments and Collections Service Orders Case Management Plans and Leads the Requirement Gathering Sessions with business
