**Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging marketing materials such as posters, flyers, brochures, and banners for offline promotion.
- Create visually appealing digital assets for social media, YouTube, and the website (e.g., posts, stories, thumbnails, and advertisements).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop branding strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in branding across all designs and platforms.
- Edit videos and create motion graphics (Must have skill).
- Stay updated with design trends and tools to keep the brand relevant and appealing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or CorelDRAW.
- Knowledge of video editing tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects (preferred).
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in designing for educational institutions or similar industries is a plus.
