Higher Accountancy Teachers

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach Accountancy to 12th Class students following the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and conduct regular assessments.
- Encourage and support students' development in accounting concepts, financial statements, and other related topics.
- Provide individual attention to students to ensure their understanding and academic growth.
- Create a positive and motivating learning environment.
- Prepare students for board exams and provide guidance on exam techniques.
- Track and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), preferably with a Master’s degree (M.Com).
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Accountancy for 12th Class (CBSE).
- Strong understanding of the CBSE syllabus and examination pattern.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to inspire students and help them build confidence in their academic abilities.
