**Job Summary**:
Supplementwaala is looking for an experienced and result-oriented **Digital Marketing Strategist** to lead our performance marketing, digital branding, and team operations. This is a **core leadership position** where you’ll play a major role in scaling a fast-growing supplement brand online.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute high-performing strategies for **Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Website Funnels**:

- Conduct deep **market research (R&D)** to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer behavior
- Plan and manage **digital ad campaigns** to drive traffic, leads, and conversions
- Oversee **SEO strategies**, keyword optimization, content planning, and traffic growth
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive digital presence
- Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and optimize ROAS
- Hire and manage a digital marketing team to execute growth strategies
- Explore and implement new marketing tools, trends, and automation strategies

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience in **digital marketing strategy, paid ads, SEO, and analytics**:

- Strong understanding of tools like **Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, etc.**:

- Excellent **team management** and leadership skills
- Analytical mindset with hands-on ability to monitor, test, and scale campaigns

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the **supplement, fitness, or wellness industry** is highly preferred
- Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field
