**Responsibilities**:

- SEO Optimization: Assist in optimizing website content for search engines, conduct keyword research, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Backlinking: Contribute to the development and execution of backlinking strategies to enhance the online visibility and authority of QuillNext.
- Social Media Management: Curate and create engaging content for various social media platforms, schedule posts, and monitor social media analytics.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and shareable content that aligns with digital marketing goals.
- Learning and Development: Actively participate in workshops and training sessions conducted by industry experts to enhance your skills in digital marketing.
- Reporting and Analysis: Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of digital marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for digital marketing and a keen interest in SEO, backlinking, and social media.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
