Primary Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Student Assessment**: Evaluate and assess students' progress through assignments, tests, and observations. Provide feedback to students and parents/guardians to support their academic growth.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a well-organized, safe, and engaging classroom environment conducive to learning. Implement effective classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior.
- **Individualized Instruction**: Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students.
- **Student Support**: Provide emotional and social support to students, fostering their development and well-being.
- **Parent Communication**: Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns. Conduct parent-teacher conferences as needed.
- **Extracurricular Activities**: Encourage and participate in school extracurricular activities, such as clubs, sports, and school events.
- **Administrative Duties**: Perform administrative tasks related to teaching, such as maintaining student records, preparing report cards, and attending staff meetings.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other teachers, school staff, and administration to achieve educational goals and contribute to the school community.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field.
- Master’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
- Teaching certification/license as per state regulations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tonk, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
