**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts in alignment with organizational goals.

2. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for management

3. Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.

4.Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with tax professionals for accurate filings

5.Identify and manage financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues.

6.Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies

**Requirements**:

- CA Qualfication
- Laptop Compulsory
- Minimum 5 Year above accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with accounting software and spreadsheets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Tally, IPO,GST & TDS Knowledge compulsory

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
