Creative Designer

**Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Direction & Brand Identity**
- Develop and implement **creative concepts and design strategies** that align with the brand's vision.
- Ensure **brand consistency** across all marketing materials, campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Oversee the creation of **graphics, videos, advertisements, and multimedia content**.
- Maintain a deep understanding of **current design trends, typography, and visual storytelling techniques**.
**Project & Team Management**
- Lead a team of **graphic designers, illustrators, photographers, and video editors**.
- Assign tasks, set deadlines, and **ensure timely delivery of creative projects**.
- Provide **constructive feedback** and mentorship to the creative team.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to **develop campaign visuals**.
**Campaign & Content Development**
- Work closely with **copywriters, social media managers, and marketers** to create compelling advertising campaigns.
- Conceptualize and execute **high-quality visuals for digital, print, and social media**.
- Direct **photo shoots, video production, and motion graphics projects**.
- Ensure all creative materials are optimized for different platforms and devices.
**Stakeholder & Client Collaboration**
- Present design concepts and campaign ideas to senior management or clients.
- Work with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers when needed.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions for creative production.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
