**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Property Valuation: Conduct on-site inspections of residential and commercial properties to assess their value. This includes properties assigned by our banking partners in various areas of Ahmedabad.
- Report Generation: Prepare detailed and accurate valuation reports in the prescribed formats for banks and other financial institutions. Ensure all reports are compliant with industry standards and company policies.
- Client Coordination: Liaise with bank representatives and other clients to understand their requirements and provide necessary information and clarifications regarding property valuations.
- Data Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of all valued properties, including photographs, measurements, and other relevant details.
- Compliance: Stay updated with the latest regulations and best practices in property valuation and ensure all activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred. A government-approved valuer certification is highly desirable.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in property valuation, specifically within the Ahmedabad market.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using valuation software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Local Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Ahmedabad's real estate market, including different micro-markets, property types, and local regulations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Gujarati.
- Transportation: Must own a two-wheeler for local travel within Ahmedabad.
