As an Enterprise Data Architect in our Analytics team, you will play a critical role in shaping our data strategy and infrastructure, ensuring our solutions deliver value to our Fortune 500 clients worldwide.

Job Responsibilities:

- Data Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with business objectives and supports our analytics initiatives.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, reliable, and efficient data architectures that support data integration, data warehousing, and business intelligence solutions.
- Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies and best practices to ensure data quality, consistency, and security across the organization.
- Technology Selection: Evaluate and recommend data management technologies and tools that best meet the needs of the organization and its clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, data scientists, and IT teams to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with the overall data architecture.
- Data Integration: Oversee the design and implementation of data integration solutions, including ETL processes, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize data architecture performance to ensure high availability and efficiency.
- Documentation and Standards: Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture, including data models, data flow diagrams, and metadata definitions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance the data architecture and overall data strategy.

Qualification & Experience:

- Proven experience as an Enterprise Data Architect or similar role in a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of data architecture principles, including data modeling, database design, and data integration.
- Proficiency with data management technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Big Data, cloud-based data services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
