- Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Effective communication skills

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Review and correct any discrepancies in the data
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all data
- Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed
- Assist in developing and maintaining documentation of data entry procedures
