**The UX / UI Designer is responsible for designing a viable solution platform that meet people’s needs. Has proven capability to grasp user needs / problems and translate the same into compelling user journeys that can be
implemented digitally using a combination of workflows and user interfaces. Ultimately, the UX Designer is responsible for making the ‘Industry Cloud’ Platform and Apps more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and
retain users.

**Responsibilities Strategic Roles and Responsibilities**

Define UI/UX methodology and standards for Industry Cloud
Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends

**Operational Responsibilities**

Understand product specifications and user psychology
Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
Create personas through user research and data
Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
Explore creative solutions to user problems - e.g. usability, findability
Work with UI Designers to implement attractive designs
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers

**Stakeholder Management**

Work closely with business end users and other stakeholders to deliver world-class user experience

Work closely with product management and project team to implement the user experience / interface as designed People Management ? Work with Adani Industry Cloud team to develop appreciation for UI/UX and
basic capability to interact with users for understanding user journey

Ideally, you should have

3+ years of professional experience in User Experience & Interface Design (Interaction + Visual) or similar role for Industrial Software Design
Good understanding of user-centered design principles across platforms
Familiarity with Interaction Design and Information Architecture
Hands-on knowledge on creating user personas, wireframes, prototypes and visual design for industries such as manufacturing, energy, utilities, logistics etc.
Proficiency in standard design tools: Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, MS Office etc. plus hand drawing - to visually able to advocate for user needs throughout the development life cycle in an agile environment
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Android / iOS Design Elements is a plus
Problem solving aptitude
Analytical mind with a business acumen
Excellent communication skills
