We are currently hiring a 3+ Yrs. of experience Sr. Media Buyer / Performance Marketing

Manager with a successful track record in performance marketing campaigns end to end execution and management for the D2C industry. (Immediate Joiners will be preferred)

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Execute customer acquisition, retention, engagement and retargeting campaigns for web and app across channels: Google ads, social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram Quora) display network etc
- Must have strong analytical skills with hands on experience in Firebase and Google analytics.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI & ROAS with the help of A/B tests, data analysis, identifying trends and insights.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and access against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Monitor and regulate spends across channels based on data analysis and insights.
- Stay on top of key trends and best practices in digital marketing, competitive landscape, and the industry to develop winning strategies
- Collaborate with the content and design team to plan effective campaigns.
- Additional exceptional performance, communication and copywriting skills will be preferred.
- Knowledge of CRM tools like Leadsquared will be a plus Qualification
- Experience of working in a fast paced Marketing Agency is must.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, commerce or engineering
- Good hands on experience in Google ads, Facebook Ads LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Quora, Google Analytics and Firebase
- Strong command in Excel is a must.

Note : Please note this job role requires you to work from office. It’s a full time job role. And our office is located in Gurgaon.

**Salary**: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
