**Job Title**: Field Sales & Promotion Executive

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell **Uswa Tea** products in the assigned territory.
- Build relationships with retailers, dhabas, and small businesses.
- Organize and execute field promotions to boost brand awareness.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Collect and report customer feedback to improve our strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and promotional activities.
- Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and distribution efforts.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence and enthusiasm for sales and promotion.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with local markets and willingness to travel locally.
- Experience in sales or marketing is a plus.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a smartphone for reporting and communication.
- Ability to travel within a 40 km radius.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or promotions is preferred but not mandatory.
