**Digital Marketing Executive**

**Location**: Kochi, Kerala
**Salary**: ₹30,000 per month

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize **Google Ads** campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, etc.) to achieve business goals.
- Manage and optimize **performance marketing** campaigns across various platforms, ensuring high ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and develop targeted campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide effective digital marketing strategies.
- Prepare and present regular campaign performance reports to clients, discussing results, insights, and strategies for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and performance marketing.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging ad copy, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
- Implement SEO strategies and ensure best practices for content visibility and ranking.

**Requirements**:

- **2-3 years of experience** in digital marketing, with a focus on **Google Ads** and **performance marketing**.
- Hands-on experience with **campaign management** and **client interactions**.
- **Bachelor’s degree** in any relevant field (Marketing, Business, IT, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like **Google Analytics**, **Google Ads**, and **other performance marketing tools**.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
