Mohali Punjab, India AAK Logistics Pvt. Ltd. Full time

We are looking for experienced Freight Brokers/TL/Logistics Manager for our US based Logistics Processes. We are seeking an individual who is outgoing, detail-oriented, goal-driven and has excellent verbal & written communication. Brokers with minimum 1-3 years of experience in the US logistics industry with good client base & book of business.

**Roles, Responsibilities, Requirements and skills**

1. Identify and select reputable and safe carriers to insure the highest quality service for accounts and their shipping lanes.

2. Proven experience in shipments like OTRS/DRAYAGE.

3. Generate leads and attract new prospects and develop a sales pipeline of shippers.

4. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to streamline and enhance logistics processes.

4. Knowledge of POWER DAT, TRUCK STOP & ASCEND TMS

5. Assist to prepare carriers for loads & collaborate with shippers, carriers and dispatchers to manage scheduled collections and drop-offs.

6. Maintain communication with customers and carriers on transit times, appointment times and current locations of trucks in transit. Verify when deliveries were made.

7. Maintain current knowledge of US freight carrier services and be effective in attracting new customers and ensuring customer retention.

8. Selling our logistics services to meet their transportation needs and requirements. Looking after the closures on shipments, payments received, overdues etc.

9. Adding new business for the company and retention of existing customers and act as the link between clients, carriers, shippers and receivers.

10. Nurturing your current client base, securing new accounts & attract new shippers.
