**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations on interior design project sites.
- Coordinate with interior designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure that all work is completed according to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Resolve on-site issues and discrepancies promptly and effectively.
- Review and verify that materials and furnishings are delivered and installed as per the design plan.
- Maintain accurate project records, including site reports, progress updates, and change orders.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and the design team to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Supervise and motivate on-site staff and subcontractors to maintain productivity and efficiency.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to create a safe working environment on site.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a site supervisory role within the interior design or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles and project execution.
- Experience with managing and coordinating interior design projects and teams.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret design plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with commercial, residential, or hospitality interior design projects.
- Familiarity with industry-standard construction and design software.
- Additional certifications in site management or safety will be an advantage.
