Key Responsibilities:Instruction:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Teach various aspects of the Hindi language, including grammar, vocabulary, writing, reading comprehension, and literature.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Encourage active student participation and facilitate discussions to enhance language skills and cultural understanding.

Assessment and Evaluation:

- Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding of the Hindi language and literature.
- Provide constructive feedback on assignments, projects, and exams to support student learning and improvement.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of student performance and progress.

Classroom Management:

- Establish and maintain a positive, orderly, and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to address and prevent behavioral issues.
- Promote respect, discipline, and a positive attitude towards learning among students.

Curriculum Development:

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop, review, and enhance the Hindi curriculum.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching practices to enrich the learning experience.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices.

Extracurricular Activities:

- Encourage and support student participation in Hindi-related extracurricular activities, such as language clubs, literary competitions, and cultural events.
- Organize and oversee school events and activities related to Hindi language and literature.

Communication and Collaboration:

- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support the overall academic and social development of students.
- Participate in faculty meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events.

Qualifications:Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or licensure appropriate for the grade levels being taught.
- At least 2-3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a middle or high school setting.
- Experience with modern educational technology and online teaching platforms is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
