A Chemist, also known as a Pharmacist, is a healthcare professional who plays a crucial role in the healthcare system. Here are their key roles and responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dispensing Medications: Dispensing medications, including prescription and over-the-counter medications, to patients.

2. Patient Counseling: Providing patient counseling on medication use, potential side effects, and interactions.

3. Medication Management: Managing medication therapy, including monitoring patient outcomes and adjusting therapy as needed.

4. Pharmacy Operations: Managing pharmacy operations, including inventory management, staffing, and compliance with regulations.

5. Patient Education: Educating patients on healthy lifestyles, disease prevention, and medication management.

Additional Responsibilities:
1. Clinical Services: Providing clinical services, such as medication therapy management, health screenings, and immunizations.

2. Research and Development: Participating in research and development of new medications and therapies.

3. Collaboration with Healthcare Team: Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

4. Medication Safety: Ensuring medication safety by monitoring for adverse events and medication errors.

Skills and Qualities:
1. Pharmacology Knowledge: Strong knowledge of pharmacology, including medication indications, side effects, and interactions.

2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.

Education and Experience:
1. Pharmacy Degree: A degree in pharmacy, such as a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm).

2. Licensure: Licensure to practice as a pharmacist in a specific jurisdiction.

3. Experience: Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
