Position : Store Issue Officer

Location : Hazira, Surat

Experience : 8-10 years

CTC : 10-12 lakhs

notice period : 45 days

Job Description - Store Issue Officer

Quality Inspection and quality clearance.

Prepared quality inspection pending report and circulate on weekly basis.

Follow up with area user dept. for clear quality on timely.

Tracking for long time QC pending items.

Shifting of material from receipt area to Bin Location.

Weekly download quality inspection report.

Checking all item for Issue from receipt area, Direct Site, Old vs new stock, Bin Location and Other dept. stock as per define area.

Checking material at receipt area for quantity and proper marking of details.

Shift the material from receipt area to bin location as per size, weight, type, group, and dept.

At open yards, checking material and put old and new material at single bin location as per space and area.

Update bin location after material shifting and prepare record.

Material Issue and Posting

Daily issue the material as per user’s requirement.

Checking of reservation item for dept. stock, qty., FIFO, location, etc. after taking print.

Putout the material from bin location and verify balance stock.

Provide control no. and posting in system.

Maintain documentation.

Space creation and area development.

To crate space at inside area by re-arranging of material, Proper Stacking, use appropriate bin for material as per material type, group, and property.

Define proper bin location for material grouping, size, and weight.

At open area, remove unwanted and scrap material from yard.

Define area for different type of material at yard for easy identification.

Develop yard by providing slag and proper levelling.

Put material with proper ground support and pallet for preservation.

Re-arrange material properly and create space for new upcoming material.

Proper storage of material.

Inventory Management.

Prepare Inventory list as per define area.

Classification of Inventory.

Checking inventory of five lacks and above item and “X” Class item every quarter.

Complete total inventory before year ending.

Remove obsolete and unwanted item every year as per list.

Provide no stock material to other user dept.

Safety.

Involve in daily toolbox talk.

Provide training for new joining person.

Participate in safety programmes.

Report and close safety observation, near miss and housekeeping audit points.

Fulfil the statutory requirement as per safety norms.

Business Excellence & 5’s activity.

Provide Sujhav and complete it within time limit for Cost Saving, System Improvement, Safety and Time saving.

Prepare Quality circle project for department facility development, improve storage, Saving of cost and time.

Involve and support to other’s Sujhav and quality circle project.

Improve and sustain 5’s activity.

Remove unwanted material and put all material in safest way.

Easy identification of material.

Frequently change wooden pallet and broken wooden strip.

Stack material in safe and balance condition.
