- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of a child's development and growth
- Exhibit a personality that demonstrate enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents and community
- Participate in curriculum and program development, and in the selection of material and equipment to support instruction
- Assess and diagnose the learning, social and emotional needs and styles of the students and plan & adjust the learning experiences accordingly
- Have creative and innovative tools, ideas and methods to enhance learning outcomes of the students
- Be well versed with role and use of technology in teaching learning methodologies
- Be willing to reside in campus and fulfil responsibilities related to holistic development of the student
