**Team Leadership and Collaboration**:

**Community Engagement**:

**Analytics and Reporting**:

**Social Media Advertising**:

- Plan, execute, and manage paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance to achieve maximum ROI.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across multiple campaigns.

**Stay Updated with Trends**:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify new opportunities for growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
