**Job Title**: Graphic Designer cum Video Editor

**Department**: Branding / Marketing / Communications
**Reporting To**: Senior Manager - Branding / Digital Media Head

**Job Purpose**:
To conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality graphic content and video creatives that visually communicate the institution’s vision, events, achievements, and academic ethos across print and digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design**:

- Develop engaging designs for brochures, banners, posters, standees, hoardings, newsletters, certificates, and school event branding.
- Innovate static and dynamic creatives for academic and cultural promotions, admission campaigns, and inter-school competitions.
- Design templates for annual reports, certificates, ID cards, and various admin/academic communication tools.

**Video Editing**:

- Shoot and edit videos for school functions, interviews, promotional reels, walkthroughs, and testimonials.
- Edit and render video content for YouTube, Instagram, school websites, and internal digital displays.
- Add transitions, text overlays, background scores, and voice-overs as per requirement.
- Ensure quality, storytelling, and brand consistency in every video project.

**Collaboration & Project Support**:

- Coordinate with school principals, academic heads, and event coordinators to understand design briefs.
- Work with photographers, social media managers, and external vendors for event coverage and media requirements.
- Maintain and manage media asset libraries (photos, video footage, design files).
- Meet tight deadlines while balancing multiple design and video tasks simultaneously.

**Eligibility & Skills Required**:

- **Educational Qualification**:
Diploma / Bachelor's in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- **Work Experience**:
2-4 years in a combined role of design and video editing. Experience in schools/educational institutions is a plus.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (for print and digital design)
- Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro (for video editing)
- Canva, Figma or CorelDRAW (as additional tools is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of photography and camera handling desirable
- **Behavioral Skills**:

- High sense of creativity, precision, and eye for detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Time and task management with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work during school events or weekends, if required

**Preferred**:

- Ability to adapt designs for multilingual content (Tamil, Hindi, English)
- Passion for education sector and storytelling through design
- Updated with latest design trends, reels, formats, and social media best practices

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
