**Job Description: Public Relations Officer (PRO) - Vidyajyothi School Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala**

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement strategic communication plans that align with the school's mission and enhance its public image.
- Act as the primary contact for all internal and external communications, efficiently managing inquiries and fostering an environment of openness.
- Utilize the ERP system for streamlined operations and inter-departmental coordination, ensuring a cohesive organizational structure.
- Organize and manage events, press conferences, and community outreach programs, elevating the school's presence in the educational ecosystem.
- Create and disseminate engaging content across multiple platforms, including press releases, newsletters, and social media, to highlight the school's achievements and initiatives.
- Address public relations challenges with tact and strategic planning, maintaining the school's integrity during crises.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with media representatives, stakeholders, and the community at large.
- Provide training and support to school staff on effective communication practices and the optimal use of technology tools.
- Conduct analysis on communication efforts, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement and impact measurement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field, with a distinguished academic and professional track record.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with multilingual abilities considered a strong asset.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and graphic design software.
- Competency in crisis communication, project management, and analytical evaluation.
- Familiarity with the educational landscape, including regulations, trends, and challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹16,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:
