Gizmo Machine Tools Inc., a leading company specializing in buying and selling used machinery, is seeking a talented and motivated Sales and Marketing Associate to join our remote team. As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns, managing our online presence, communicating with leads, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize user experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced industry and contribute to our company's growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage Google adwords campaigns
- Responsible for developing promotional material
- Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Preparing newsletter and landing pages for weekly newsletter promotions
- Posting ads on various machine selling platforms like machine hub, kijiji, Machine tools etc.
- Constantly look for machines online for purchasing on Auction websites and on other machine selling platforms
- Maintaining Inventory tagging SKU and uploading inventory to our website
- Maintaining excel sheets for inventory and for shipments

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably within the industry.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of the manufacturing process is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

**Work Hours & Benefits**:

- 100% remote position.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM EST.
