**Business Title: Process Executive - PTP**

**Role Purpose Statement**:
Sanction check is inherent in all aspects of the commercial operations at Bunge. As a result, Counterparty Screening is an essential factor that needs to be managed.

**Main Accountabilities**:

- Manage Bunge counterparty screening in accordance with Bunge policies, including, KYC checks and due diligence, escalation of exceptions.
- Improve accurate maintenance of counterparty information (screening & financial assessment results) in folders and systems.
- Monitor Counterparty due diligence renewal dates.
- Maintain reports to support business decisions
- Follow credit and compliance policies
- Cooperate with Credit and Counterparty Risk & Compliance functions to ensure full alignment and sharing expertise and best practices

**Impact/Dimensions**
- Adhere to the Risk & compliance process with Global Bunge policies and keep it compliant for future audits.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Ensure all Bunge counterparties and shareholders are screened
- Keep files/folders updated
- Timely response to the business requests
- Timely reporting of compliance issues
- Data integrity and accuracy
- Timely issuing of reports and analysis

**Major Opportunities and Decisions**:

- Individual will have to address improvement opportunities within the existing processes/departments which will directly impact the performance improvement for global PTP KPI’s
- Drive effectiveness into the end-to-end processes - Monitoring and resolving process exceptions on regular periodic Basis
- Support and guide to solve complex/difficult scenarios highlighted by the team members

Knowledge, Experience and Technical Competencies:

- University degree with relevant 3-5 years of experience in Risk & compliance.
- Hands on experience on compliance/sanction tools.
- Good understanding of compliance and reputational risks
- Good communication skills
- Good understanding of Excel, MS Office
