**Job Summary**:
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs to communicate messages effectively. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design concepts, produce various types of visual content, and ensure brand consistency across all projects. Your creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in design software will be instrumental in producing high-quality graphics that resonate with our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.
- Conceptualize and create visual assets for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners, infographics, brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
- Develop design concepts, mockups, and prototypes to present ideas and solicit feedback from stakeholders.
- Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools to create and edit graphics.
- Create original illustrations, icons, and other visual elements to enhance design compositions.
- Ensure that all designs are optimized for various digital and print platforms, maintaining consistency in resolution, color, and format.
- Stay informed about industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve skills and knowledge.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and deadlines.
- Review final designs and provide feedback to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
- Knowledge of print production processes and requirements, including file formats, color modes, and resolution.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to evolving design trends, technologies, and industry standards.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
