Experienced on SailPoint IdentityIQ

Good knowledge on SailPoint Health check reports

Experienced on Active Directory services and its related services

Good knowledge and experience of Service Now Process

Basic working knowledge on SQL.

Good knowledge on MS Excel.

Working experience on reporting/stats projection.

Regularly review IAM production support processes to identify ways to improve efficiency.

Deliver according to agreed KPI SLA.

Demonstrate improvement in turn around

Coordinate actively with the other support teams working in multiple projects and provide support coaching.

Attend project update meetings stand up calls customer meetings, deliver updates, and escalate any known issues and concerns.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal is mandatory.

Good evaluation and analysis skills, awareness of importance of defects found during testing, based on impact and priority.
